Every company deserves a real finance function — not just the ones who can afford to staff one. Perfice gives mid-market teams the planning, consolidation, and judgment of a full FP&A department, at the price of a software subscription, set up in days instead of months.

Why Perfice exists

Planning tools were built for enterprises: six-month implementations, consultant armies, six-figure contracts. Everyone else got spreadsheets. Perfice was built on a different bet — that AI finally makes the analyst affordable, and that the companies who need planning the most are the ones who could never buy it before.

Your AI, your key

Perfice's AI CFO runs on your own Anthropic or OpenAI API key (BYOK). That means:

Your financial data is processed by your AI provider under your agreement with them — not ours.

Your data is never used to train anyone's models.

You choose the model, you can rotate or revoke the key at any time, and there is no AI vendor lock-in through us.

Your data

Stored encrypted in Perfice's hosted infrastructure; isolated per organization with role-based access controls and a full audit trail on every change.

We don't sell it, mine it, or train on it. Export or delete it whenever you want.

An immutable history records every change to every number — who, what, when.

Where we're headed

SOC 2 Type II certification is on our roadmap. Private-cloud and self-hosted deployment are on the enterprise roadmap. If your security team has questions today, ask — you'll get answers from someone who can actually change the code.

Perfice is built by David Sedacca — a finance operator who got tired of watching mid-market teams run $50M+ companies out of spreadsheets — working with an AI-native development process that ships verified fixes daily.
