- If you use the Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) feature, your data is sent directly to the LLM provider using your own API credentials
- We do not use your financial data to train AI models
- You can review which LLM provider processes your data in your account settings
4. Data Storage and Security
Your account data is stored on our servers. If you use our hybrid hosting option, your financial data and LLM routing are handled within a Docker container deployed on your own cloud infrastructure.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security assessments. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: With third-party vendors who assist in operating the Service (hosting, analytics, LLM providers), subject to confidentiality obligations
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to affected users
- With Your Consent: When you have given us explicit permission
6. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Uploaded financial data is retained until you delete it or close your account. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention).
